SE 17th Avenue - Anyone who likes the Lloyd Center
is familiar with you, you're SE 17th! Tri-Met
bus #70 is a favorite among the locals, and
there's plenty of on-street parking for all the
drivers out there. You pass through historic,
blue-collar sections of Portland home to
friendly urbanites.
Until you get South of Holgate, that is. Then
things get strange. This is as
"inner-city" as it gets for Portland.
