Back from Bounty Hunter
Overall, I liked it. Really, I did. Was funnier than I thought it'd be.
Okay, now for what I really went for: PETER!! He showed up sooner than I expected, with crowbar in hand lol. I also fully expected this to be Blue Streak 2 where he was concerned. Though technically he was in the first scene of that so I didn't have to wait. Anyway! He had some really good screentime, especially since he was the bad guy. I think this was the first time I wanted to hug his agent and not punch him/her lol.
The ending. OMG the ending!! It's more than implied Peter's character, wait for it....
LIVED!!!
Unless there's a deleted scene somewhere, which with my luck there might be. We don't see him after he gets knocked out in the evidence lock-up, but there was no body bag scene either and he wasn't shot - shot at, yes, but he was still only knocked out. Though we don't see him being arrested either - or mentioned again. Either way, until I'm told different HE LIVED! For ONCE Peter's character - a BAD GUY character of HIS got to live!!!! Yes, that is something to celebrate! The Mask? Blue Streak?! Hell, even Donnellys... But this? I'm in awe.
