Thanksgiving in review
We didn't have turkey (though ironically Mom's got one in the oven now for her ex... Whatevs.) Anyway! I had corned beef brisket instead... Kind of a small one though (well, for me...) Best I can describe my love of corned beef like that comes in LOL form...
Yeah... Beyond that there were green beans and a spinach broccoli bake Mom makes every year and Stove Top and pumpkin pie - all in all, pretty good. Bonus points for there only having been one near-fire (and ironically that was during breakfast). Hope everyone else had a great one! :D
