Aelita Queen of Mars

Chris and I watched Aelita Queen of Mars last night. First Russian sc-fi ever. It was great but 2 hours is a bit long for a silent film. I wish I'd seen this version first. It's edited down to show only the Mars bits and this music would have helped keep me awake ;)

I loved the slave girl with spider legs. And the sets! It's hard to believe this predates Metropolis.Pretty cool stuff.
