an update in the most literal sense of the word.
my first year retreat did not go under.
i got a blog, but it is not replacing my journal. of course i would love for you to read that as well, but it's not like you will never hear from me again because i got sucked into blogger.

i went to vermont last weekend for homecoming. it was super mad fun. i am sooo happy i got to see as many people as i did, even though i miss them a lot now.
there were some people i did not get to see. i'm sorry i didn't stop by for spaghetti, mom m! and it was sad that the abroaders weren't there.
i am ready to be done with the part of my life where pat and i live hundreds of miles away from eachother.
jim gaffigan is a funny man. not quite brian regan funny, and trailing substantially behind eddie izzard funny, but he still makes me laugh.
