I have a pair of books that I would like to read. Unfortunately, the sense I get is that for me to be able to read them, I would have to study for several years. They are both in Polish, and not simple Polish, at that. Further, they are both in PDF as images, so I can't even copy and paste them into the inadequate on-line translators. (And even when I can, they can only translate 2/3 or 3/4 of the words. "młodziezy" and "dorastaja" seem to not fit the vocabulary of the translators.)
Book 1 is Nerwowość dzieci i młodziezy. [Nervousness of children and teenagers.]
Book 2 is Nasze dzieci dorastaja. [Our children are growing up.]
They are both psychology tomes, neither of which has ever been translated into English in their entirety though I know some snippets of one or the other have been in the past.
I have found a few places which will do the translations for a dime per word, but the thousands of dollars involved is a bit more than I think I can throw at the project, so I am hoping to find somebody who would be interested in the translation for its own sake.
This is not the only place I am seeking help, but I figured that it can't hurt.
