Conjuration: Practised when you cast conjurations, which are magic spells that have an immediate tangible manifestation. Spells for attacking and causing damage are mainly conjurations, although there are some other conjurations as well.
Enchantment: Practised when you cast enchantments, which are magic spells that have subtle, intangible manifestations. Spells for manipulating and controlling things (including yourself) are mainly enchantments.
Spellcasting: Practised when you cast magic spells, including both conjurations and enchantments. Improving this skill will make your spells easier and more powerful. It will also increase your ability to exploit your attunement to Mana (that is, it'll increase your MP).
Hopefully understanding improves somewhat as well.
