But anyway, I worked on SouthLab a bit today. I started putting together its magic spell catalogue. SouthLab doesn't have discrete magical disciplines like Soulthieves does; spells simply practise the generic Magic skill. So there was no need to break down the spells according to skill. Basically I just took Soulthieves' elemental spell catalogue and stripped it down. There were a couple minor changes and I ended up with 45 spells total (about 100 less than Soulthieves' elemental spell catalogue).
The spellbooks ended up being much more compact in comparison. In keeping to arbitrary Ockham University themes, the spellbooks are coursebooks for Department of Magic Studies courses.
