I almost missed my bus (again) because of getting lost while looking for the post office by Candace's house. A very kind baggage handler at the Greyhound station got me through the line ahead of some people and then I was on the bus. Once we left rainy Seattle and started getting into Snoqualmie Pass, it was snowing like crazy. There was so much snow on the ground; feet of it! More snow than I've ever seen, I think. I get to Ellensburg and go get some food. I got a call about doing a radio interview on Sunday night and also got my St. Louis stay confirmed. After I ate, I was lugging all of my stuff and realized that I didn't want to walk with it all downtown (about a mile and a half away) and attempt to find someone to put me up. So, I walked across the street and got a room at a decent price and now it feels like I'm on vacation from my vacation. I'm going to clean up, take a nap, and go wander around Ellensburg, where it's nice and sunny and in the 50's but I can see snow-capped mountains out of my window. My main goal for this next week is to get to Roslyn.
