The latest Vintages release came out this past Saturday the 23rd and the best buy in my opinion is the Chateau Pindefleurs 2007 Saint-Emilion Grand Cru Bordeaux ($20.00, 750 mL, 13%, LCBO item # 102764). I picked up three bottles and opened the first one at a dinner party hosted by friends last night and it's got a great nose and a medium-full body. It's very drinkable now but it should mature very nicely if cellared.
This Bordeaux is a blend of 90% merlot, 5% cabernet sauvignon, and 5% cabernet franc. At $20 a bottle, it's a steal as this Bordeaux is comparable to those three to four times in price. If you're interested in picking up a bottle or more, check LCBO.com for store inventory.
