Now, are you actually a real estate broker, or have you just been licensed to practice? I mean, if I'm licensed to hunt, but I never hunt, then I probably wouldn't think myself a hunter.

So this means you've successfully completed a transaction, or got a piece of paper saying you can?

Considering I just got licensed on Friday, I haven't had much time to complete a transaction. I have the piece of paper and the legal distinction. Good enough for me for the time being, considering I am required by law to have a sign near my front door advertising the fact I am a broker.
