Hezbollah deserves every last fiery death Israel inflicts. And the Lebanese can suffer for not recovering their country from the tyrants and terrorists that control it.
The United States has begun a process to end the violence. Ending the violence will not bring peace to the Middle East. Peace is not merely the absence of violence. Ceasefires brokered by other nations are just delaying the inevitable conflicts that will continue to exist so long as the Muslim nations will the destruction of the Jewish state.
I had hoped this was the beginning of the end for Syria and Iran; I had hoped the United States and Israel would make a joint offensive and level Damascus and Tehran, breaking these regimes and their sponsorship of terror. Instead, we have decided to pursue diplomacy. Syria and Iran remain unscathed.
Until Syria and Iran are destroyed, peace will remain a naïve hope for the Middle East.
As long as we do not decisively end our wars in the Middle East with nothing less than a total and absolute victory, which we did not achieve in Iraq, our position of global dominance cannot continue.
