Long Time No Post
It really has been a long time since I last posted anything on my LJ, or even visited LJ for that matter. A lot has changed in the time that I have been away. I no longer work at the college. I now work at the University of Toronto and I love it. The best part about being an employee here is that my education is pretty much paid for. All I pay for is the incidental fees, and the tuition is waived. I actually begin my first class tonight and I am actually excited to get started.
I have only been in the job since the beginning of July and it is such a huge adjustment. The office that I am in is so much smaller than the one that I came from. The students here appear to be much more serious about their education than they are at the college level. They all actually know their student numbers by heart, which is something that pleases me to no end. All in all, I am enjoying it here. I just have to get used to only getting paid once a month.
