Most of you know already, but as of last week I am officially the new guitarist for the Tide. We had a couple of amazing practices this weekend. I'm really really super excited about this band. We are going to sound a bit different than what you're used to. Mostly because Peter's is a way better guitarist than I am, so I don't even plan on trying on those shoes. But also, because I'm way more of a rock 'n' roller. I can't wait to see what everyone thinks of the new Tide. It'll happen as soon as next month. My first show will be somewhere around the middle of March. Things are moving so fast. I hope that I can keep up.
Something that I wished would move a little faster is the time. I am leaving Friday more on a jetplain to PA, to see the only girl would could win my heart. It's only four days away, but it feels like it'll never come. But I know that the time will decide to go by at incredible speeds when I'm actually there. What a world. What a world.
