here The warehouse was built in 1926, and it’s brick and masonry. Josh has preserved a lot of the original structure where possible with all the masonry, brick, old pipes, exposed plumbing and old concrete floors visible in several areas of the club. The building and parking lot cover an entire block (small part, not length). There is a front desk, small shop with clothing and exercise related items, a beauty salon with three chairs available & massage services, a juice bar/café that serves light & healthy meals (salads, sandwiches, a few other options), classrooms for aerobics/spinning/yoga/etc., a swimming pool, a babysitting area, a hot tub/sauna area, exercise equipment, and weight training equipment. He is going to be offering discounts for students of any age, especially those under 18 who might need help eating healthy, and anyone with a college/high school ID will get cheaper rates.
First Floor: Front desk, shop (and back room with stock), 3 lane swimming pool, sauna/hot tub area, basketball court (only half court)
Second Floor: Exercise equipment, weight training equipment, indoor track, four semi-private rooms with basic equipment for those working with personal trainers who want more privacy
Third Floor: Classrooms, beauty salon, juice bar/café with tables, boxing area
Fourth Floor: Josh’s apartment/guest room and personal office. Serenity employee offices/break room, storage.
Costs: Membership costs $30/month. This entitles a member to use the equipment, the pool, the sauna/hot tub, locker rooms, childcare, and basketball court. There are family memberships available for $75/month (3+ people). Classes will cost $10 each. Maximum class size is 15. Students (of any age) and Employees get a discount of 1/2 the normal cost.
Kids Club (under 16 y/o): Mon - Sun 8:30 A.M. - 1:00 PM and Mon - Fri: 4:30 PM - 8:00 PM
Pool: Opens at 6am and closes at 11pm. When there are pool based classes, the pool is closed for just those classes.
In addition to the above class schedule, there is yoga beside the pool on Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8:30-9:30am.

Salon: It will have three stations and a massage table in the back. Cut/style, manicure and pedicure will all be offered. Ariel will probably be working here.
Tranquility: This is the juice bar/cafe that is at Serenity. It will serve a smaller menu of sandwiches, salads, and light meals that are health conscious. If I have to do a menu, I will, but it's going to be choices like fish, chicken, and pork, along with a lot of vegetable dishes and healthy-made fries/sandwiches etc.
There are three normal classrooms for group classes and one classroom with the bikes for spin classes. There is also a boxing ring for the boxing classes. The number indicates which room the class takes place in. Classes are about an hour.

Josh will be conducting some of the cooking and nutrition classes himself. He is also qualified to take over for many of the other classes, if someone called in sick or something. He doesn't plan to do that often, but it's a possibility.
If other played characters begin working for Serenity, I'll update this with which classes they'll be handling for potential threading purposes.
If you see a class that your character would definitely attend but the time doesn't work for their schedule, let me know. I can make alterations to some of the classes to accomodate y'all since it'd give reasons to interact or thread sometimes.
