Thanksgiving
This holiday is the most frequently celebrated in our house. We probably gather and feast at least twice a month. It's interesting that the "official public holiday" usually goes by unacknowledged. I'm cool with it. Native ancestry, African ancestry and all, I find it impossible to consider the holiday without it's colonial implications... That said, we are hosting a dinner tomorrow... I can taste the turkey now.
