Sunshine and flowers and ice-cream sodas and roast dinners....
Oh my goodness! The weather here today is soooo nice! Nai and I have not long gotten back from the Glen where we sat outside in the glorious heat and sunshine with Max and ate roast dindins! Nai and I had chicken and Max had beef! And so it was nice and a bargain at £4 (£5 for Nai - still good for the amount you get!)!!
Wish the weather was like this yesterday though ... for the BBQ at Cat's that is. But I still had a really, really lovely time! Kaff made me laugh so much! As did Emma and Claire! Cat was in tears! But yes, I had a very good time and I was relaxed, not so stressed and happy! I am so glad I'm getting out of here. I don't think I'd've coped very well at all next year here without Nai!
Work was cool last night. The DJ was playing really good music! Jo (workmate) and I were jigging around as we always do when we're on the same bar! Bless her! Ooooh, that reminds me, gotta add her to my MSN list!
Out tonight for Tara's birthday party! She's out riding all day today, she was so excited about it last night, like a kid before Christmas! Hehe! She's quickly becoming a good, close friend! =) But yeah, gotta be there for about 8.30 in order to get good and drunk even though Tara's not getting there til 10-ish! Lol! Max has bought loads of banners and a huge birthday card for her! The problem is, as we discovered in an argument last night (with me being right, of course!) that Tara is, in fact, going to be 22 and not 21 like it says on the banners and the card Max has got for her! Hahahaha! Bless him, he wouldn't listen to me! =P
Right I'd better get on and do some work if I'm going out tonight! I've got tomorrow morning and all day Tuesday to work some more! Got Safeways (my last week this week! - squeeeeee) tomorrow afternoon! Ooooh, I might have to pop down to the Glen tomorrow night, Max's new girlfriend will be in and I want to meet her! I'm so busy on Wednesday! Work 8.30-12.30; horse riding 2-3; staff meeting at 6; work 9-1.30! Woooo! Only got one lecture on Thursday though due to major cancellage, I'm so not complaining!! Hehe!
Awwww, I love Tara, she's just sent me a picture message ... showing me a picture of a horse's rear saying "Hey jo do you like my view? He he! Am having a great day see you tonight xx" Awwww! Bless her! =)
