I am sick.

...No, seriously, I've got some sort of sinus infection. Which reminds me -- I've gotta get my COBRA forms turned in ASAP. Last thing I wanna do right now is run afoul of that stupid Obamacare tax-thing for being uninsured, bleh.

Which further reminds me that I forgot to post -- I HAVE GRADUATED!! (yay)

I got all my requirements done a little over a week ago, and now need to look for a job. (Didn't really have enough time, effort, or energy to do it before I actually had the degree done-done-DONE-done-done, and all that jazz. Technically I've been unemployed since January 1'st, but yeah.)

I got sick the day after the week after I got all my requirements in. Usually I tend to get sick after my stress levels drop, which I figure must make my immune system go wonky. (...So it took me a week to relax enough after finishing up to have my stress levels drop. x_x )

Anywho, if you've been wondering when I was gonna update fix #X or so, I'll probably be starting to work on writing fanfic again in a bit. (I was playing computer games for awhile this past week, but while some of the story-based games are compelling and fun, they're kinda like candy for my happiness level. Writing fic seems to be more substantive, for longer periods of time, so I'm getting back to that :)

I still need to update my resume and CV and websites and such, and send a few emails out, but once I've done that I'll be mostly spending my time puttering around my room and cleaning up, and moving out of my grad office, and trying to get on a good waking/sleeping schedule, and learning a few new programming languages and packages/software, and putting together that small toy manipulator arm, and soldering together that Arduino boardset that's been waiting patiently and beckoning at me for a few years now. (Oh, and writing that journal paper that I promised my advisor. That, too. ^_^;;;; ) And updating my AO3 page with the stuff from Clexmas and stuff I still hadn't transferred from LJ yet. And performing spelling/grammar/punctuation checks on all my old AO3 works to fix 'em right up, because errors and typos are f'ing annoying. And writing (more, new) Smallville fanfic.

(And I bet you all thought I'd be less busy once I finally graduated -- hah!!)
