I'm ok. i'm a sore, but i'll get over it. I'm just really worried on what i'm going to do now since my life revolved around me being able to drive. Now's the perfect time to have Superman's powers.

dang I feel ya on that one. Whose fault was it...cause you can get a rental car and have the insurance company reimburse you for it, but double check first with your insurance company

I do have a rental for the next 20 days. It's a FORD FOCUS (sound's familiar?) Farmer's Insurance SUCK!! cause i still have to pay $300 because of comprehensive insurance from the rental place, if i didn't get that then i'll be paying another deductible of $1000 if the rental is to get a scratch!!
there's a conflict between who's at fault. I testified with no witnesses that they were racing and they ran a red light, while the other party who had a friend ((the one he was racing with)) as his witness saying that I was speeding and that I should've slowed down. So since I didn't have a witness, the cops believed the other party...
i guess i'll be fighting this case like O.J.
It sucks soo much, cause it's christmas week, and it's the last thing i need right now.
