Or just fed up with the crap?

You know the job market right now is asses. But don't be too discouraged. I swear companies pay their marketing and HR folk to make the jobs sound like less money for more pay than they actually are.

I was having a similar reaction to job ads I was glancing over yesterday. But there's no bilingual almost-librarian with years and years more experience than I have who's willing to grind their bones to flour at work every day for $12/hr. There just isn't.

Just fed up with the boss and her ineptitude. And the other supervisor having some sort of mental breakdown just kind of made me stop and think.

The job market here SUCKS. I literally gasped when I started searching for jobs within my level of expertise, etc. My skills aren't worth crap. Why oh WHY didn't I take up welding or electronics in school?

Grinding bones into flour...yeah, totally. My new favorite saying.

Yeah, there's always that "I could totally do that!" moment when you are reading a want ad, right before you see the last requirement that says "Must be fluent in Finnish."
