Why does LJ restrict you to such short subjects? How am I supposed to fit my simpsons quotes in???
Games party was a HUGE success! We had about 14 people in total, played a lot of donkey konga and mario DDR, at one stage we had 3 TVs going at once, plus people playing Board games. Lunch was great, beer can chicken is really awesome and totally easy to do
Ingredients
1 chicken, defrosted (eww, get a fresh one)
1 can beer, 3/4 full
paprika, ground
cloves, crushed
black pepper
cinnamon, ground
cumin powder
salt
olive oil
Method
1. Sprinkle chicken with spices (to taste). Coat with olive oil.
2. Massage spices into chicken.
3. Insert open beer can into chicken cavity.
4. Stand chicken upright (so that it balances on the beer can) and barbecue. As the chicken cooks, the beer will moisten the chicken from the inside.

managed to feed everyone, may even have under catered a bit seeing as we didn't really think about dinner. Went to Leah's tennis themed party afterwards with Nick and Ben Young where Ben proceded to poke people in the bum with his tennis racket and then break Leah's bed. Fun! Then we danced to the Killers and left for home. On the way we took a pee on Sydenham station (sorry if you catch the train from there) and shhhhhed 12 year old girls on the train who were all tramped up. Kerryn gave a Fad to some seedy guys as well so that they wouldn't kill us with our own tennis rackets.
Also, that night some random car tried to egg us twice! But jokes on them because they missed us and one egg actually hit me but didn't break! Sucked in! Also the joke is on them because they have nothing better to do on saturday night than drive around hoping to see some pedestrians. Wow, what an exciting life they lead! When your entire circle of friends fits in 1 car and your saturday nights are spent driving in circles, well, sucked in jerks!
So in summary,
thank you all who attended our party, much fun was had!
Sorry to all of you who catch the train from Sydenham or had some crazy kidds SHHHH you from a moving car.
Sorry as well to anyone who got poked in the bum, and sorry Leah/Ikea for breaking your bed.
