Wednesday? More like... Awesome-day
Today was a fucking blast that I can't believe I fit it all into 24 hours.
Wake-up
Woke up at 6 as usual, to guess what?
RAIN.
Made myself a quick breakfast (ham/eggs + waffles), then me and my brother went on our way. It was drizzling all the way to Pan Am and we were running kind of late, so I had to park his car again while he went to class at the CoAS building. I parked, then walked all the way to the SU.
School
I hung around the SU 'til my first class, which went okay. I really should buy my book. Ah well, such is life, no moneys for books, so I'll have to do the best I can (and I've aced classes without the book plenty of times before, so it's not so big a challenge.) After that I went back to the group, where Jay and Liza informed me that a trip to Peter Piper had been assembled. So naturally I went.
Peter Piper
We got there and did the classic One-Buffet-Plate-for-Six-People trick (yes, 6 of us actually fit in Jay's tiny Tiburon. How Mexican is that? :D) and stuffed our faces. After that we instantly gravitated to the DDR machine (where we ran the risk of vomiting, but who cares? It's DDR!) and I played one game, courtesy of Jay himself. AA Keep On Movin', A on A, then I chose PARANOiA Survivor as the last song and did way better than Jay did (H)! I got about half-way through the damn song before my feet and lungs burned too much to keep going, so I stepped off and died :(. Ah well, I'll keep getting better... eventually.
School Deux
After walking doggedly back to the group we hung around for a couple more hours, and I received an amazing massage from Jay, then later one from Tiffany :D! Mario and Mark were playing GunBound on their laptops, then some of us were trying to figure out what kind of music that would fit into (some categories were Mario music, elevator music, etc.) After accompanying Tiffany to the Financial Aid office and going to the Payments Office to cancel my parking permit, we came back to the SU and I skipped my class :D. I was too late for going with Tiffany anyway.
Norma, Wherika, Tino, and I went to the Game Room to waste about 2 hours of our time, then Tino and Wherika left, but Noe and Mely came over to replace them, then we went to buy raspas, but we ended up wasting money at McDonald's instead by getting Big Macs (BIG MAC WEDNESDAY, YO!). On our way back we were at the Sugar Road light and Mely, thinking that the light had turned green, went forward. No, the light had turned green for the LEFT TURNS!!! We were laughing and telling Mely she had ran a red light (which was so funny, really), and she was stressing out lol. When we came back to the SU we ate contently. Norma and Mely went outside for a walk, and me and Noe talked about random things (the big CS v. UT discussion, of course) then we saw (what I believe) a Canadian couple and their bratty kids. The damn things were running all over the place while their parents pleaded in French (I think, me and Noe were trying to figure out what they were speaking). Soon after we went outside to join Mely and Norma but then I found my dad was already outside, so I went home.
Today was great. I hope everyone else had a good day too.
