Yes, possibly not an incredibly classy thing to be seen doing, but not really doing any harm, by any means. Anyway, I just went back and edited the first post to elaborate a bit. :-) After the first "pick that up!" I said "It's a tomato slice" to which I got "So? Get out and pick it up!"
"It's biodegradable."
"Does it really matter?"
"I'm sure there's a bird or a small animal who will thank me later tonight."
"Oh my god, you are just going to leave it there! God, people like YOU . . " then he went off. I can't remember what all he said, but it was kind of funny to see a grown man have this little shit fit, I think he probably rolled out the parenting comment because he knew I thought it was all kind of funny. . .he must have felt, oh, I don't know, IMPOTENT in the face of my amusement. Ahem.

I really regret not having thrown all my garbage out the window though. it would have made a far better story.

True . . . I thought the whole thing was kind of funny, though, and it occured to me recently thise sorts of scenarios provide a unique chance to fuck with someone who deserves it. Instant justice!
