Might you tell me of any literary publications (online or off) that you know of so that I might start sending some work out? Thanks.

Ya. Two I've been published in... you want money though? www.netauthor.org/e2k is great. Not fiction only, but they pay and are regarded. www.theharrow.com doesn't pay, but is high profile. I'm getting published in theartofwords.com, but that's a fav for an LJer. What you looking for?

http://theartofwordz.com/ but the site seems to be momentarily offline, with a dummy page up, at the moment. Will let you know when it on.

my aspiration used to be published in harper magazine some time soon, except i soon figured out that i had nothing useful to say. at least not in forms of paragraphs. but you don't seem to have that problem and you're a great writer, so...? [that might be a totally naive thought and might not be use to you, but just my two cents]

naive, as in, do people submit to harper magazine?

Ya, but after you have a big honking name for yourself.
Good luck... in the honest and supportive meaning of the word.

I'm an intern on the staff of The Missouri Review. You might check out our website for submission information (http://www.missourireview.org/). There's a writing contest for which we're accepting manuscripts now - there's a monetary prize, but of course the experience itself is rather nifty as well.
