My poor laptop :(
My laptop is 5 years old, and has been doing pretty well. About a year ago, a vertical red/purple line appeared running down the screen (about 3/4 of the way across the screen). Annoying when watching movies, but I forget it is there after a while. And luckily, it 'disappears' against white. So if I'm reading on livejournal and stories are posted in a default style=mine I don't see it at all. Which can be kind of jarring when I navigate to a page with a different background colour and it 'appears' again!
Today another line appeared, about 1/4 of the way across the screen. It's lime green. BUT luckily like the first line, it also 'disappears' against white backgrounds.
But still, reminds me of the age of my baby and makes me worried that my laptop will die.
Having just discovered it, havn't tried watching any shows on my laptop yet...So not sure if it will be just as ignorable. Though it might make watching the If I Had You video more interesting...
