WOOT!
Ok...so i don't really know who reads this anymore, but i feel i should atleast let you hear a couple pieces of good news...
The first is, is i might be going into the fire academy. I applied for an interview and we'll see what happens...
Second...and this is by far the most AWESOMEST PIECE OF NEWS....so listen. If anyone is familiar with the TV show "Ghosthunters" and actually watches it on SciFi, you might remember an episode where they investigated the "Waverly Hills Sanitarium", which used to be an old Tuberculosis hospital. I think after the episode they even had a documentary special on the sanitarium.
Well..yours truly, yes me, is going to Louisville, Kentucky, in March, WITH MY MOTHER IN TOW(YES!), to investigate the sanitarium with two ghost hunters!!! :D And yes i mean two from the tv show. Not the two main guys, but Brian, the one with the famous line "Dude! Run!" and Ron. It should be lots and lots of fun.
For those that don't know, when i was a ren faire child, my mother and i stayed in a dorm in Waukegan, Illinois that had been an old TB hospital at one point, so we have a little experience with those beyond our plane of existance. Oh the oodles of stories i could tell you about chairs rocking, doors rattling, things going missing and the confort of a touch from someone that isn't there. :) This trip is going to be even more fun.
