(no subject)
so this weekend we had volleyball in lethbridge. a tournament at the college... happy to say we got 1st!! yay it was fun.
EXCEPT
friday night...
jori was all excited to be playing middle and so the story goes...
i was blocking with tess and she was off or something i dunno cause she caem down and hit me in the eye with her elbow and brought me all the way to the ground, i remember laying there thinking i was in the way and then trying to get up and falling back down. then everyone rushed on and stood around me. thats all i really remember, except i kept thinking this is stupid i wanna get up, but physically couldnt, so after laying there for a while i was escorted by dell and whitney off to the side. they made me go to the nurse dude there and he said i should go get x-rays cause he thought i broke my cheek bone or something. so back to taber i went to the ER room, which took a long time doing all these stupid tests and was utterly painful. saturday though i was good to go, still really sore, but played..and i must say played my best all weekend, it must of been lucky.
i wish i woulda taken pictures right after it happened cause it was the best then, but yah..here are some from a couple days later..
