Why does all the comcast stuff update on mondays? Who told them that would be a good idea. Also, who told them it would be a good idea to have numbers go in reverse order on the on-screen guide. Pressing the down button and getting higher numbered channels confuses me so much.
Saw Coraline with Christina yesterday. It was spiffy and the effects were gorgeous. Shame we couldn't see in in 3-D because you could tell from some of the camera angles what would have came out at you. Still I wish more people knew it was a book, I didn't feel like the movie did it justice. It was more of a scary little kids movie where the book was a whole lot creepier. And the commercials kept relating it to the Nightmare Before Christmas when Coraline is more of the, spooky kids flick and Nightmare is a teen mall-goth classic.
Wandered around downtown before and after the movie. Bumped into Colleen at CVS, apparently there was a free sample chocolate fountain at Maria's which was amazing. Takes 30 pounds of chocolate just to start the damn thing.
Started Animal Farm today too, which isn't as bad as 1984. I think I hated 1984 because depending on when you read it, it's not really science fiction. Doctors appointment on Tuesday. That'll be fun, I guess my bloodwork from a while ago came back and I don't have anything wrong with me. Would have been nice if the labs actually sent us something to confirm that.
