Exams over, and I'll post here to show that this journal is not dead yet. I had a strange idea last night and my sister agrees with me that it makes a lot of sense , so I'll just put it here.
I have found a way to cross figure skating and ice hockey. Kim Yuna is Sidney Crosby obviously, she's a legend at 20. This makes Mao Asada Ovechkin, Sidney is the okay-looking one to Ovechkin's fugly, Yuna is beautiful to Mao's pretty.
Michelle Kwan is Mario or Gretzky, Yuna says she grew up watching and admiring Michelle so this makes a lot of sense.
Mirai Nagasu is John Tavares because she is the next big thing. Caroline Zhang is Angelo Esposito I guess because they've both fallen off the track in terms of development. I'll add more when I can think of a way to do so.
