Life Update

My life has been filled with change these last couple of weeks.  Most people have gotten only bits and pieces and very few people have heard all of what has been going on with me.  But I'm told that those bits and pieces have seemed, to many, cryptic or even out of character, and upsetting.  So I'm going to elaborate on one of the more disturbing

That is awful! I am so sorry you had to go through all that. I hope your cat recovers to the point where she's stable and that the other stressors in your life calm down as well. *virtual hugs*

Wow. I've had some horrific roommate stories, but it was never as bad as that. I've never had pets, though. I can't imagine how much that changes things.

I'm glad that you're out of both bad living situations. I hope that your other stressors are resolved soon and resolved well.

Wow. That--that really, really sucks. How is is possible, for someone who cares enough to take you in, and who likes animals, to do that as a weapon of war against you? How is it fucking possible?

I'm glad you're in a safer place now, and that you're there for your poor cat, who now follows you wherever you go.

Did this jerk *know* about your sensitivity to temperature, and your cat's dehydration issues, and that the water bowl was evaporating? I'm guessing he did, and kept doing it anyway, since you're not shy about making your feelings known about important things like that. Ugh, how evil.

He knew about my sensitivity to temperature and he knew that my cat was sick and what her illness is. At that point, he was avoiding face-to-face contact with me, but he did have friends following me on Twitter, who would then report to him anything I said about him, and I certainly tweeted about him torturing my cats and how I had to take them to work with me in an effort to save them

The only things I know about you are what you've been posting for the past year or so on LJ, which isn't that much compared to all of who you are, but what you've posted seems to me uncommonly worthy of respect and trust. Seems to me, you have MUCH more credibility than could be lost over one squabble-&-dramaz with one dude who has issues. It's real hard to imagine you making up shit like this. Even i can see that from here.

The crowd is going to choose wrong sometimes, and unfairly scorn people who don't deserve it. I hope those people whose trust and respect you treasure, at least, ultimately stand by you. You deserve better.
