neither there nor here

There are certain phrases that will go nicely with that I'll write:
"can't have everything"
"never know what you want"
"waiting for a bus for an hour and then two come at the same time"

I wanna talk about states a guy will go through.. there's the state of becoming a semi-adult and having confidence about going out with girls. Then there's the state of losing that confidence. Then comes first girlfriend, and confidence goes immensely up. Then may come other girlfriends which either diminish or diminish further one's confidence when each relation finishes. Then there's the successful relationship and the stagnation of this, or loss of excitement.

Is the human race designed to like just another example for a long time? I don't know, but normally when you begin seeing someone 24/7 it is out of passion, and when you've seen that someone 24/7 x 6 months it perhaps grows a little old. And it is then when you think about how it used to be...

It probably sounds frivolous, but sometimes I miss the excitement of having a date. Sometimes I miss the internal thought battles that would go on, thinking whether that person likes me or she's just being nice. Whether she is okay with that guy and can I approach her to see how it goes. Thinking "who should I go for?"

Of course, being with someone and living with that person and having offspring, that's what we're supposed to do. And Heleia will most likely be that person I live and have children with.
But when she asks what would I do if a certain person came back to me, I can't tell her for sure.

It'll never happen, but still, doesn't it make you wonder what would happen if?
