[Games] Free "POGs" for War of the Dead (and other modern settings)
War of the Dead: The Digital Dead
On RPGNow.com, there is a free download (about 9 MB in size) of "The Digital Dead" - a bundle of "POGs" based on the figure flats in "The Paper Dead," plus a few extras from my own campaign.
So, to start off, you get zombies, zombies, and more zombies, and then you get a bunch of miscellaneous survivors: civilians of various ages, soldiers, paramilitary, police & emergency workers, some cruise-ship staff, etc. There are also various animals, some markers to represent small vehicles and select items (e.g., a supply stash the heroes might be trying to reach ... or a dropped grenade that needs to be tossed away before it explodes), and then some larger templates for zombie swarms and larger vehicles (humvee, troop transport, police car, taxi, pickup, etc.). Illustrations are mostly by me in this set, though Gwendel also drew a few of the characters.
These are in PNG format with transparent backgrounds, ready to use with such online gaming tools such as MapTool (RPTools) or GameTable.
