John was telling me about the game, and at one point I said something like, "And this was in a game Greywolf ran?"

John enjoyed the game, though. :)

I've had a really hard time finding worthwhile anime this season after Seirei no Moribito ended. It's all just the same. The only exception so far is Moyashimon, which... well, it's about students in an agricultural college and microbes.

Maybe they did run out of money! Anime series have been known to do those occasional 'rehash' episodes just to take up time and save on animation costs. I wouldn't be surprised if they started doing the expensive stuff up front and then cheaping out on the series, but they'd have to be really confident in the story to carry the show after that.

Sad to hear that Necronomicon got booted because some people were idiots. But those are particularly excessive levels of idiocy.
