look, an update
I've been going out to the barn every Saturday to work with Bunny. It makes me feel better, and I know it makes her feel better too. We're both progressing. Inca punched some extra holes in my new bridle so it would fit. One of these days I need a new saddle. >.< I lounged Bunny in all of her tack this past Saturday for the first time in a while. It was pretty cold, and the weather change made her kinda batty. So she was being a real brat just kicking and bucking and trying to run off. So after the arena cleared out I just let her go and have her way. I let her get her bucks out and gallop as fast as she wanted for about 30 minutes. Then she got worn out and was like "alright, I'm done, let's go" and I was like "heh, I don't think so! Now you have to actually work and listen to what I tell you to do!" so I made her work for about 20 more minutes. I didn't ride though, since I didn't trust her not to find some left over energy to buck me off heh. This Saturday I'll lounge her in tack again, and hopefully wear her out enough to get on and ride a bit safely. I got on her a couple weeks ago, just walked a bit to build up my confidence and quit on a good note before my luck ran out. One day I'll be able to ride again like I used to, just got to get my confidence back.
My VHR game is going well. I made a good friend there who is actually from Little Rock! Her name is Trufflez. :) I'm busily training my horses one by one (well, sometimes two by two heh), and I made an agreement with myself not to buy anymore horses until I have all the ones in my holding account finished training. I entered several train-offs which are fun, and good ways to practice training. I also won an essay contest! I was so excited and happy, it's the first contest I've ever won. Finally I've got a good abount of VHR cash too! heh :D
The only bad news really is that somehow my AIM account got suspended. o.O I only use it to talk to Truff really, so I have no idea. I wasn't online all day, and then I tried to sign in that night and it said it was suspended. There are only four reasons accounts get suspended - the first two both have to do with AIM accounts that were formerly AOL accounts so those don't apply, the second is that the account is listed as belonging to someone under 13 years old (which I think might be it maybe since I don't think I listed my birthdate at all on it, but the problem is it won't let me log in to verify my age >.<), and the fourth is for violating the TOS which I haven't done, unless someone hacked my account or something and caused trouble with it. It's really annoying and pissing me off. Only when I think about it though. For now I've got a new AIM - it's "Jordan VHR" if anyone is interested.
