The really funny thing about this is that, if the poachers were anyone but Palestinians, you just know that Reuters would have been outraged. Appparently, when you belong to a Politically Correct Ethnic Group, it's ok for you to kill endangered animals. Extra points for the stupid old raghe ... I mean, revered Palestinian elder ... going on about about how drinking the blood of the leatherback will cure his respiratory problems.
Now, if it would increase his intelligence or sanity, he might have a point there.
