Jose Padilla Gets Only 17 More Years In Prison
According to the following story, he gets 17 years in addition to the 3 1/2 years he has already been in Federal custody.

The reason I say "only" 17 years is that Padilla, after all, is a conscious traitor to his own country: he in wartime attempted hostile and violent action against American citizens. He deserves life without parole, at least. On the other hand, at least he is doing hard time for his actions, I was afraid that we were going to let him go because of his Horrible Pain and Suffering.
