South Koreans Blame Released Hostages for Nation's Own Cowardice

Sometimes, you can't make this stuff up:

I was amused that:

Critics said the group's actions forced their government into negotiations with the Islamic militants that damaged the nation's international reputation.

Excuse me.

The civilian internees had no control over either the Taliban's or South Korea's actions. South Korea could have stood firm and shown some courage. South Korea instead chose to publicly demonstrate that all one needs to do is grab a few dozen South Koreans and one can control South Korean policy.

But of course to blame themselves would make them feel bad, so apparently South Koreans have chosen to blame the people who had the least power to affect the course of events.

Well done! Keep this up, and maybe you will wind up bowing and scraping to the Dear Leader, or one of his spawn.
