Black Mob hijacks store: 'We own this'"\
From Colin Flaherty on
WND:
Even the old-timers in Detroit never have seen anything like this: A mob of 40 black people moved into a convenience store and will not leave.
They say they now own it. They eat. Smoke. Cuss.Threaten. Spit. Rob. Sell drugs.
All on video.
Police, ministers, neighbors, the store owner and just about everyone else seems powerless to stop them.
“It’s a Bad Crew gas station,” said one of the mob to the local Fox affiliate. “If you don’t know what that is, I can’t even tell you.”
The owner calls police, but nothing happens. The police “come here and then they leave. Two minutes later they (the mob) are back.”
In other words, the police made no attempt to capture any of the "Bad Crew," and no arrests were made based on the videotaped evidence which the Incredibly Inept Crew failed to remove from the premises.
The mob won’t go away and the police won’t arrest them. But they did have some advice for what this business owner should do: “Hire a security guard.”
So, basically, the Detroit Police Department won't do its job. I'm not sure whether this is cowardice or lack of resources. I do know that Detroit has been one of the most conistently Left-governed American cities over the last couple of decades, and has been rewarded for this by having its population shrink in half, to which the brilliant urban administration has responded by engaging in the deliberate abandonment, de-utilization and demolition of whole neighborhoods.
I don't know what to say about this displayed level of incompetence. In most American cities, the Incredibly Awful Crew would have a very short career ending in long prison stretches. They actually think that they can just grab a building and hold on to it for as long as they want, with no attempt made to conceal their identities and video evidence of their actions left behind, with no consequences to themselves.
Unfortunately for Detroit, as long as the authorities choose to be utterly inert, the Moronically Foolish Crew is right.
I remember some debates on anarchy in which I pointed out that, under anarchy, no one would be secure in their property or persons, and gangs would not merely raid homes and stores to loot them, but would actually occupy them and seize them for their own until more powerful gangs could dispossess them. The pro-anarchists claimed that I didn't understand "anarchy."
Alas for Detroit, this event shows that I understood it all too well.
