I don't really have any reason to believe you, given that you have repeatedly 1) contradicted yourself 2)outright lied 3)refuse to answer direct questions 4) never given proof of your assertions and claims. You constantly reach into events that happened ages ago and describe them as if they happened recently and use them as examples of political oppression or religious oppression of YOU when in fact, they aren't, from your own admission.

I am very out here on the net, but at work I tell *NO ONE*. It's no one's damned business. I'm there to work, not discuss politics or gender theory. Anything besides work gets in the way and hurts our performance. The only people that know are my managers and that's because they found out the moment they took my hiring paperwork and photo copy of my various identifications.

I had to move from Virginia to Washington state due to the lack jobs. I would get to the final stages, but soon as we started to do the HR paperwork, they'd change their minds and say something about my 'lifestyle' not suiting me for the position. Keep in mind this includes places like McDonald's and Dominos, places where all you need is the ability to nod and sport a PULSE to get hired. Of the jobs I did get in Virginia, I was ussually fired. Not for being a bad performer, but for causing such unease with religious coworkers. Four or five times I got the same sort of speech.

"Look, you're a really hard worker, but you're just one person and X, Y and Z all act negatively around you. I know it's not your own fault, but I can't fire all three of them, so I'm going to have to let you go."

I've also been evicted from two apartments, due to quirks (transpeople were specifically written out of ADA and the Fair Housing Act by Jesse Helms) I can actually be evicted faster than a drug dealer. Criminals have more rights.

If you're not open about your trans-whatever, how would anybody KNOW you're trans? But from how you phrase your victimhood, EVERYONE AND THEIR DOG KNOWS. Do you strip and dance naked, or wear a giant banner "I'M SEXUALLY MALE BUT LOOK FEMALE" or something similarly obvious? because you whine endlessly about breaking the law about going to the female bathroom, but clearly have no problems breaking the law to get your supposedly 'life sustaining drugs.' You also assert that you've been called out and had the cops sicced on you for using a bathroom, which could NOT have been done unless EVERYONE AROUND YOU knew you were intersex. But you say you're not open about it in meatspace. Hmm.

We've gone through this before.

My employers know because it shows up in my background check. It also shows up in some documentation that cannot be changed. Social Security for example cannot be modified. If you do a credit check, it shows up, if you do a simple criminal background check it will show my legal name name. How many women do you know named Richard? It becomes obvious really quick to anyone working with that paperwork. As soon as I have HR paperwork done, I am outed to my company instantly. Something like this is scandalous.

It takes a day or two for it to filter through the rank and file. Then a day or two more for people to get the gumption up to ask me out of the blue 'Have you cut your dick off yet?' in the workplace. I suppose I can thank Jerry Springer for the directness of people's questioning @_@

I don't really see any contradiction or lies in what you're trying to provide examples of here. One can be emotional, frustrated and upset with a situation without hating the people involved. Being 'against me' is not hatred. It is merely a lack of progress, lack of perspective, lack of understanding.
