working.... or not
well, its been awhile since i wrote in here! i'm actually on spring break right now (well this week) and i am enjoying it by sitting at the admissions office helping out! go figure....
So whats been going on... not a whole lot and yet a whole lot all at the same time... lets start with the week before break because anything before that i really cannot remember what happened because well i am old and cant remember things..
So the week before break was insane. I had three tests during the week and also had to complete my finance project! So it was hectic, but i made it through. I even had a night free to go to the sixers game, which was nice.
Friday i went to work and then went back to school to get my stuff to go home (i did it that way just so i could check my mailbox prior to going home to see if i got something) and i got my mail to find that i got re-hired as an RA for Spangenberg I... i was pretty excited since i didnt think i had a great shot. But i've been thinking that doc really wanted to give me a second chance and this is it! So i will not let what happened last time happen this time!
I got home and just chilled all weekend. Then monday i came down to work here at admissions, which is always a fun time. Afterwards, i waited for the lovely Elyse to arrive so that we could head over to Croc Rock for the Ryan Cabrera Concert. What a blast. I thought we would get stuck pretty far in the back for how long the line was, but to my surprise we managed to work our way up to about what would be considered 4th or 5th row... awesome show, definitely would see him again and also take Elyse just cuz it was a fun time! Then tuesday i worked admissions again, then went home to go out with Kerri since she was home from Pitt and also with some of her friends from Pitt... it was a good time. We were gonna go ice skating, but the place we went to was closed- so we ended up getting dinner at friendly's then going bowling. It was a blast. Hopefully i'll see her before she leaves friday.
Wednesday i worked again but only till lunch time. then i pretty much ran some errands and chilled all evening at home...
So besides the usual stuff thats been going on, i've realized that i am a lot different from who i used to be... much more relaxed and open about things... i still wish everything made sense in life, but of course then life wouldnt be worth living if it was easy.
I've been keeping up on whats been going on with some of my friends and some of those who i've lost touch with by reading their journals... i wish that i still was in touch with some of them, but well things happen i guess. Oh well, no more sappiness....
So thats about all in the life of me... haha ok so its not but i dont feel like divulging any more about it! So i'll leave it at that lol!
