I finally graduated....
I finally completed my Masters in Psychology and Counseling last week and graduated. The ceremony was hot and long but of course it is July in Alabama so what did I expect. Anyways, I am now looking into PhD programs in Rehabilitation Counselor Education or just Counselor Education. I will be waiting about 2 years to begin this, I think I need a break from school. I have pretty much decided that I will not be continuing my education here in Alabama, although I will if I have too.
I will be staying at the group home and child advocacy center for now. I am just a little afraid to change jobs and be the newest hired/first fired/laid off. I am now on a somewhat normal schedule, I work at the group home from 10 am to 6 pm and am not sure about the Child Advocacy Center. Oh, and I will now be able to travel and see people! Of course I have to have money for that, but that is just another detail to be worked out.
