Kids.... grrrrrrrr....
k... you know there are some days when being a mom isn't so great... just had two of them.
Yesterday my littlest head butted my nose... well actually forehead butted. Sigh... I literally saw stars... but could I 'sayang' my poor abused nose? no.... he cried so I had to 'sayang' him instead. And who's fault was it? not mine definitely... can you tell I'm being totally b*tchy about this? Anyways, my nose has a bump on it now.. thankfully there's no sign of a blue black yet... but my nasal airways are a little congested... I think there's swelling on the inside... Taking panadol for the pain but its just so annoying. Even my glasses make it ache more... grrrr
then today... today... what can I say... I totally, absolutely lost it!!! To me, my toilet is like my "ME" zone. Nobody should be touching *anything* in it... does my 3 and 4.5 yr old understand that... nuuuuuuuuu.... told them once, told them twice, even brought the cane out and used it.. still no effect.
So what got my blood boiling today? A almost empty tube of Monistat (it was like 95% used I think), SN foundation all over the floor (and I just made a new batch!!!), SN PP sample pot half empty and half a pot of MMBB's AHA cleanser gone!
Mr Cane turned up and mummy lost her cool - big time! they went to bed crying and slept for 2.5 hours. The horrid thing is that now I'm feeling guilty for having hit them. Am I being too selfish? too self centred? expecting too much of them?
Have a friend who tells me having the stuff out and in easy reach is a major temptation for little hands... but then where else can I put them?
guess I'll have to get my darling hubby to put up some *high* shelves for me. Got to cure this problem once and for all!!
