It's September already, which means it's getting dangerously close to the submission deadline for my thesis (the 12th!). Thankfully, I've just received an email from my supervisor telling me that my results section reads very well and that nothing really needs changing -- hurrah! That's what I like to hear! Now I can focus on my discussion, abstract, and appendices without worrying too much about the rest of the report.
Starting drama school is now becoming a 'tangable' reality, rather than just some vague future event. There are so many texts that I need to read, so many things I need to get ready that I'm feeling the pressure and it hasn't even begun yet. I'm sure they didn't take into account that some people might be completing their MSc over the summer when they prepared the reading list, but then again why should they? I can't imagine that it's a regular accurrence.
