from a personal's opinion, nurses are not there to save lifes, our job is not to diagnose and treat as those jobs are for those that have the MD or DO behind their names. And also, those that have the MD or DO behind their names do not listen to us lowly RN's anyways. They simply think because we didn't out ourselves through the ten odd years of school that we certainly have no idea what the hell is wrong with the patient when in fact we spend more times with patients then the actual docs are. It is true that we are not there to save lives, we are simply there to accompany them on their road to recovery. Nurse's jobs are simply not to cure but to help the patients through their recovery. There isn't always happy ending, but if that happy ending will only come once, it makes the life time of work and tending to patients that much more worth it.
you learned more in this hospital than in school, because in school, you learned about facts but after you entered this hospital, you learned about life happenings
I want to give you such a big hug for saying this, you have no idea how true this is. Healthcare is not static, it is constantly changing, and no textbooks out there can capture that. A nurse can master the book, but no book out there can teach a nurse about bedside manners. I know some of the smartest nurse out there, but I tell ya their bedside manners suck!!! Four years of school cannot even compare to one month of being an actual nurse, and I tell this from experience.
Now on to the fic, this is simply wonderful. I love this very much, please do continue. I think what Yunho needed was someone to care, to encourage him, something for him to work towards, and Jae's TLC is just want Yunho needed to work recover. Most caretakers believe that because the person cannot move, cannot respond is the same as that person cannot hear or comprehend what is being said. I am always to respect the patients, both the conscious and the unconscious ones.
This is simply great, I love this universe very much so like I said, please continue.

For the first sentence, it's referring to how jae wanted to be a doctor. I was thinking of surgeon or ER doctor. I agree that nurses are there for the recovery for the patient, but I honestly have the opinion that nurses can be more important than a doctor. in some cases, that's all. I don't know a lot about doctors, nurses and how hospitals are run; this is mostly my own thoughts.
I think it's important for the nurses and doctors to have experience :D and be able to communicate with the patients, and see how things are suppose to go. I dunno, just my thought. hehehe.
Thank you so much for your thoughts <3333~
