Ok this is freaking scary. Scary weyh.
If I was this person, I don't think I can survive anymore in this world
Someone ask him/her how did he/she managed to lose so much weight.
This is what he/she answered.
I don’t think that’s a lot o___o
but anyways I’m bored as fawk everyday so I just exercise move a lot,
I climb 40 flights of stairs everyday, and there is about 18 steps in each flight
and then I climb 41 flights the next day, 42 the next day and so on.
I eat oatmeal every morning and I eat until I’m really full, then I stand for 30 minutes and in the meantime I just go on tumblr.
And I didn’t eat meat for the whole week, so for lunch I just eat like cooked cabbage or some random vegetable. Also stand for 30 minutes after you eat.
And since my internet is really slow, I do squats when I wait for the page to load,
And then for dinner I just drink a bowl of soup or some noodles, and also stand for 30 minutes after you eat.
At night I do sit ups or I do those cycling workouts ( you know you lay on your back and you cycle your legs in the air like a dumb fish? )
and I only sleep when my stomach feels hungry.
and I do that for seven days.
Stand for 30 minutes? Just STAND?
