aya88 asked for it (and to celebrate the 210+ members, and because I'm not iconing lately) I decided to post this tutorial. :D it does wonders with some pictures but can get horrible with others so I recommend you to play around with it.

→ prepare your
base. (I just cut and resize it.)
→ color fill layer (layer > new fill layer > solid color) #2f0e09, exclusion, opacity 30%
→ curves (layer > new adjustment layer > curves), opacity 50%
channel: RGB
input: 114
output: 169
→ brightness/contrast (layer > new adjustment layer > brightness/contrast)
brightness: -4
contrast: +8
→ selective color (layer > new adjustment layer > selective color) method: relative
REDS: +12, +16, +4, +24
GREENS: +100, -100, -100, 0
MAGENTAS: -100, +36, -96, 0
→ color balance (layer > new adjustment layer > color balance)
shadows: +1, -3, +6
midtones: -12, +6, -7
highlights: +9, +7, +5
→ selective color (layer > new adjustment layer > selective color) method: relative
REDS: -6, +44, +67, +9
→ color fill layer (layer > new fill layer > solid color) #484848, exclusion, opacity 20%
→ brightness/contrast (layer > new adjustment layer > brightness/contrast)
brightness: +15
contrast: -15
→ color fill layer (layer > new fill layer > solid color) #430c0d, exclusion, opacity 20%
→ color fill layer (layer > new fill layer > solid color) #73e095, soft light, opacity 10%
→ duplicate your base, drag to top and set to color, opacity 30% and you're done!
