I visited with a dear friend this morning. I'd not seen her in weeks. It was great to see her, except...
she was in pain. She needs so much encouragement. She sees herself so wrongly. She feels she deserves the isolation and hurt and hardships in her life because she "came from a crazy family" and because she feels she is stupid and ugly...she is none of these.
I so wish I could reflect back to her what I see...what God sees...
I hope I did reflect a small portion of it back to her today.
I'm gonna miss her terribly when we move to Indy.
