The idea that there are others that no one remembers sent a chill down my spine. Honestly, the last bit is too much like Gwen/Rhys retcon scene - I hope Ianto decides not to do it.

Love the notion that Ianto is only still there because Jack can't retcon the people he grows attached to. How many others were there that they have forgotten? This would be a wonderful starting point for an exploration of Jack as a leader and the dynamics of TW.

And Jack giving away a little bit of himself to all the people that signed on to the team is so true. I can also see Ianto being the one who has to give everyone the retcon. Wonderful job, as always!
