(no subject)
the greatest thing in the world happened today. started about 7pm, as i was drifting in and out of reality in one of my psuedo-naps that leaves me feeling groggy and much worse than before i decided i needed a nap. it started pouring!!! it was wonderful, everything was SOAKED. especially my boxers, cause i was just so darn excited! nothing a little febreeze won't take care of.
so the house is a bit lonelier now. all the estrogen left. even the cat... all female inhabitants are gone. two of them will be back, but not for about a month. oh well. i do get to eat all their food, that's always exciting. of course, there is often rotten molding things in the fridge that aren't mine, and i don't discover them for a while. today we found nasty butter. woo. but it's kind of nice to be able to say "the fridge is MINE". i can do whatever i want with it. i think tomorrow when it gets hot, i'm going to take everything out and sit in it for a while. maybe bring a flashlight and a book. maybe a glass of lemonade, too. i won't need ice, cause i'll already be in the fridge.
so i'm a little worried about monday. i start my first summer school class. well... so i just finished a summer school class, except it wasn't really much of a class. in fact, i would say i only deserve about 1/2 credit for the work i did. i just read two chapters out of the book every WEEK, took some multiple choice quizzes, and wrote a paper on an ansel adams photo that i really like and had fun doing. if this class was like lying on pillows having grapes fed to me by slender naked females, the math class is like being swung around on a pitchfork that's lodged in your stomach before being flung into a pile of rusty nails. and then, while you're lying there, crows come and eat your eyeballs. and then you die. dead. so yeah, its not actually that bad (go figure) but i'm really not looking forward to it. i'd much rather have the sex slaves. so check back in a month or so to see if i'm dying yet. and if i am, you should save me, and teach me math. and feed me grapes. nakedly. and slenderly.
