new apartment
So I moved again this past weekend. I'm back in New Jersey with Jessica in an apartment place called Avalon Run (it's right behind the Oxford Valley Mall). The move was fairly easy with all the help we got, plus we used a U-Haul. Those things have expensive mileage prices (not to mention the base fees and taxes).
My commute is a lot faster and cheaper now (20 minutes and 60 cents each way on the bus compared to an hour and $150/month for the train/walking), but the schedule is a lot more restricted. So instead of leaving the house at 9:20am and getting home at 9:00pm like I used to, I now leave at 7:55am and get back by 6:30pm (both are 10 hour work days).
Sword training will be more difficult to get to now since the bus I mentioned only runs on weekdays. But the mall is right across the road and there are more bus options from there.
The cat has officially christened the carpet by puking on it this morning, yay.
And finally, I'll have cable TV and internet service by the time I get home today!
Now to finish unpacking ...
